(FG: TSX-V), (3FA: GR), (FGLDF: OTCQB); (the \u2018Company\u2019) announces that it has closed the third tranche of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (the \u2018Private Placement\u2019) through the issuance of 600,000 flow-through shares of the Company (the \u2018FT Shares\u2019) at $0.05 per FT Share for gross proceeds of $30,000 (the \u2018Third Tranche\u2019). The gross proceeds from the Third Tranche will be used for the exploration and development of the Company\u2019s British Columbia, Ontario, Newfoundland, and Quebec projects to incur Canadian Exploration Expenses (CEE) and will qualify as \u2018flow-through mining expenditures\u2019 under the Income Tax Act (Canada).<\/p>\n
