You\u2019ve talked to him more than anybody else has lately. And you can be honest.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wpds-c-heFNVF wpds-c-heFNVF-iPJLV-css overrideStyles font-copy\">Stephanopoulos, then just off camera, is captured on fuzzy audio responding that he doesn\u2019t think \u201che can serve four more years.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"wpds-c-heFNVF wpds-c-heFNVF-iPJLV-css overrideStyles font-copy\">In a statement late Tuesday, Stephanopoulos acknowledged that he was the person seen in the video. \u201cEarlier today I responded to a question from a passerby.
