(TSX.V: FPC) (\u2018 Falco \u2018 or the \u2018 Corporation \u2018) is pleased to announce that it has responded to all questions and comments requested by the Direction de l\u2019\u00e9valuation environnementale (\u2018 DEE \u2018) des projets industriels et miniers on February\u00a027, 2025 (the \u2018 Correspondence \u2018), as more fully described in Falco\u2019s press release dated March 3, 2025.<\/p>\n<p> The responses, commitments, and explanatory letter submitted (the \u2018 <strong> Responses <\/strong> \u2018) follow the meetings and clarifications obtained from representatives of the Minist\u00e8re de l\u2019Environnement, de la Lutte contre les changements climatiques, de la Faune et des Parcs (the \u2018 <strong> Ministry <\/strong> \u2018) and other ministries, regarding the principal issues raised by the Horne 5 project (the \u2018 <strong> Project <\/strong> \u2018), in the Correspondence. The Responses will allow the Ministry to complete its analysis in accordance with the standard evaluation process. <\/p>\n<p><strong> Advancement of Certain Issues <\/strong><br \/> Regarding the Ministry\u2019s interpretation of section 197 of the <em> Clean Air Regulations <\/em> (\u2018 <strong> CAR <\/strong> \u2018), the Ministry representatives are continuing their analysis, and Falco is confident that the Ministry\u2019s position on this issue will be known in the coming weeks. For more information, refer to the Corporation\u2019s press release dated March 3, 2025, by clicking on the following  link  . <\/p>\n<p> Regarding the potential impacts of the Project on the Centre de radio-oncologie r\u00e9gional de Rouyn-Noranda (Rouyn-Noranda Regional Radiation Oncology Centre), la Direction de sant\u00e9 publique de l\u2019Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue (the Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue Public Health Department) confirmed that it has selected its seismologist expert to form part of its technical committee of experts who will work to assess the risks posed by the Project on the equipment, structures, and activities of the Centre int\u00e9gr\u00e9 de la sant\u00e9 et de services sociaux de l\u2019Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue (the Abitibi-T\u00e9miscamingue Integrated Health and Social Services Centre) and to identify mitigation measures to ensure the safety and proper operation of the facilities and activities.
