(TSXV: LIT) (FSE: OAY3) (OTCQX: LILIF) (\u2018Argentina Lithium\u2019 or the \u2018Company\u2019) announces that further to the Company\u2019s news release dated October 29, 2024 and amended on November 8, 2024 and despite significant interest from investors including existing shareholders, it will not be proceeding with the non-brokered private placement offering using the Listed Issuer Financing Exemption for the sale of: (i) a minimum of 8,000,000 units of the Company (each, a \u2018 Unit \u2018) at a price of $0.15 per Unit (the \u2018 Offering Price \u2018) for aggregate gross proceeds of $1,200,000 ; and (ii) a maximum of 23,333,334 Units at the Offering Price for aggregate gross proceeds of $3,500,000.10 (the \u2018 Offering \u2018).<\/p>\n
